Cannot download windows integration pack

I am not able to download "windows integration pack" in home page.
Can you give me some advice ?

It is your web browser or proxy issue.
Download links both are working fine

Hi UD,
I tried two approaches.
1 without proxy server
I accessed both link from China but i am not able to download it
2 use my company proxy server which is located in US. I am still not able to download it
thank you anyway.
