Can not get to WEB GUI after EVE VM install on proxmox

Hello, I am having an issue getting to the WEB GUI after I intstalled EVE-VM on a Proxmox server.
I can access the console fine, but no web GUI. Also the ip address does not show at the top of the console like it usually does, but ifconfig shows that there was an IP addressed assigned via DHCP.
Also I did not see an option to assign a static IP when installing the VM
Any help you could provide would be great!
