check your eve cli root/
if there is lab backup tgz file
if yes, then you can import them in eve again..
But lab lost happened because you had changed default template values

Upgrade to this release requires to follow strict rules:

1. Never ever overwrite genuine templates
2. Follow EVE cookbook for custom templates

!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!
If a lab appears without nodes, close it directly without touching it. any attrempt to modify it will result with a loast of nodes in the lab file itself..
As long you do not touch lab, it is only a visual issue....
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A backup of labs is strongly advised before upgrading.
If you come from version 2.0.3-9x or previous, a backup is available into /root folder named lab-<dateofbackup>.tgz

But I did not change templates, i am coming from 2.0.3.95 version, I only did custom templates for Viptela, is there some guide to restore from dateofbackup.tgz?

Code: Select all

cd /root
tar -zxvf lab-20*.tgz
You will see all labs saved under /root/opt/unetlab/labs

Just copy lab from this location to /opt/unetlab/labs/....
