ERROR UNDEFINED

Hello,

When a i try to delete a node it says : ERROR undefined.

Also i tried to upgrade my eve community to the latest but after following the steps the eve remains at the same version : 2.0.3-95

You did not clear browser cache and cookies
HOW MANY times I have to say that and mention in update rules..

Stop all labs
Update
upgrade
reboot
Clear chache and cookies

....
