I'm unable to login to nodes inside lab

Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hi,

I have EVE-NG Pro license. When i add a new node or tried to login/connect to any existing node, i am getting the below error always. This happens all the times. I have attached the snapshot here. Could you help here to resolve the issue please.
The remote desktop server is currently unreachable. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system logs.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
