Insanely high server load average

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Insanely high server load average

My server load average shoots up to >100 suddenly after a couple hours running 60+ instances. Normally when it runs the load average is below 10
Anyone knows how to troubleshoot this kind of issues? Or is it a well-known limit of the community release?
