Nodes Connection Issue

Nodes Connection Issue

Hello,

I'm using the latest version 2.0.3-86 and having an issue with the connections between nodes, if I do shutdown an interface the other node can't detect that and still up up, I tryied deleting the connection (cable) between both nodes while they are up and I still can ping the other side!

Noting that eve-ng is installed as ova on VMware workstaion 12 pro.

Can anyone help with this issue ?

it is not EVE issue but such are specific/all Cisco images..
They do not support Layer one state of interfaces.
Simply cannot...
Therefore state up/operational down you will never see on IOL, or vIOS...

I think the same issue with vSRX too. Also, it looks like to be working normally with PRO version. There is a video on the website of it.

PRO is under development, and it have only EVE devops..
