Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to reset password on ASAv ?
I don't see/have access to the bootloader at startup
Or how can I boot without loading the existing configuration ?

The best is to take original ASAv from cisco and prepare for EVE accordingly our How to.
Original asav has no any passwords on board.
When it prompt enter enable password, simply hit enter

If I start a new ASAv instance, I can connect normally.
I'm looking for a way to reset password on an ASAv where I lost the password.
Or boot without loading the configuration.

If your default image is saved as you left with password, then best way is rebuild that EVE image from scratch.
If it is real ASA, then open TAC case tto cisco...
