Unable to initialize router instance

I made everything according to "How to's" but can't run C1710 or any other *.image by dynamips, or by EVE-NG.
It just displays this:

Looks like your image is not prepared correctly, unzipped image failure...

and check if your file is 0kb

The size of files looks incorrect. Also if I open *.bin file with 7Zip it shows me this:

UPD! I found mistake. I didn't use -p when unzip "*.bin" files.
