Cannot Telnet into deployed XRv9k node

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Cannot Telnet into deployed XRv9k node

I have a couple of xrv9k deployed in a lab topology.

But when I try to telnet into any of them, I get this screen that is unresponsive

Can anyone please explain what might be wrong?

I have a bare metal install running EVE v2.0.3-86, CPU model: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690, RAM: 94GB, HD:2.7T
