Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Docker0 interface messing up my IP addresses.

Post by King2018 » Tue Sep 11, 2018 7:06 pm

Hi, everyone!
When I try ip dhcp in Router, Switch and VPC using Cloud0, so I can get it through NAT Vmware, it doesn't work at all, when the Docker0 interface is active in my EVE-NG Community Edition.
When I remove it works fine. I don't know, but it keeps getting back in my EVE-NG Com Ed. I think it happens when I do apt update, but I am not sure.
Any idea how to solve this issue?
Thanks a lot.

We have not dockers in the EVE community

full roll back from Pro to EVE community is:

Rolling back to EVE-NG Community from EVE-Pro

1. To roll back from EVE-NG Pro to the Community Edition, issue the following commands in the CLI of EVE

apt-get install eve-ng eve-ng-guacamole

systemctl disable docker

systemctl disable docker.service

systemctl stop docker.service

systemctl disable udhcpd

2. Reboot EVE

Thanks, Uldis!

I don't have EVE-NG Pro. I have EVE-NG Com Ed.
Here is my system.
I uploaded a screenshot online.

Actually, now that I think about it, I tried installing Docker a year ago using:

---------------
I did try removing it back, because wasn't functioning properly,
but it looks messed up my system after a year getting reinstalled back accidentally.
I don't know exactly how it happened, but if it happens again, I will get a screenshot and post it here as proof.

Anyway, thanks for your help, UD.
You have been a great help for the entire community.
My respects.
