Can't convert vIOS 156-3 image

Tried to convert this, but received error:
root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/vios-adventerprisek9-m.vmdk.SPA.156-3.M2# /opt/qemu/bin/qemu-img convert -f vmdk -O qcow2 vios-adventerprisek9-m.vmdk.SPA.156-3.M2 virtioa.qcow2
qemu-img: Could not open 'vios-adventerprisek9-m.vmdk.SPA.156-3.M2': invalid VMDK image descriptor
Any help for this is greatly appreciated! TIA
