iol router doesn't start

I am unable to run IOL L2, L3 image. I followed instructions in below link and things works fine until end of this HOWTO guide.

but when i try to start IOL L2 & L3 image in EVE-NG then it starts for few seconds and they it automatically stops. how to fix it?

you have not loaded iourc license file sir and fix permissions need as well
YOU have to generate your iourc lic !!!!
In how to is given only TIP !!!
