"QUEMU custom option" is not saved after reboot in node configuration

Hi all, can somebody please clarify one thing.
During node initialization is need to add my own QUEMU custom option instead the default one or i will have apic error during sim loading. All works fine till the time i turn off the node or the VM. After i turned it on, all the configurations in node are save except "QUEMU custom option" - it is always default and i need to add my own line again. I do not have a lot of nodes, note more then 5 and this is very dramatic, but for my understanding - this is expected behavior or not ?

My system: laptop 16GB RAM + WIn10 + WMvare. Nodes - only Nokia SROS with releases 19.10
