Can't ping a CSRv1000 over a dot1q L3 Subinterface Port-channel

Anyone one here have ran into this issue ?

using vIOS I am able to ping to a dot1q L3 subinterface but it fails on the CSRv1000.

I recommend take CSR 3.17.4 it is the best one...

Dot1q works like charm on it
