not able to launch wireshark to capture packets

Hi team,

I've re-installed win10 OS and windows client package 2.0, since then i can't launch wireshark properly, it doesn't allow me to store the server key, instead, it gives me an error, please see the attached screenshot, how can i get this fixed?

Use putty and make ssh session to your eve to save ssh key from putty when it offers..
after key is saved wireshark must work as well
