thanks for the quick reply, I found the 8.0.5 version and test it, for the first time I moved the qemu file to eve, it works and comes up, I set up a lab and everything was fine, then stop the lab and get sleep, today morning I try to practice again but it didn't come up, after more than 100 times stop and start and reset the EVE-NG finally comes up again ! if any configuration is wrong it shouldn't work at all, it is so weird after many times start and stop it up 
I think something wrong with the EVE version( 2.0.3-60), mine is not the latest one, I get a copy of VMware file and run upgrade eve and after the upgrade, it didn't work at all on copy version of eve, any suggestion .....

pretty old is used

thanks for the reply, I update the eve based on provided link and still the same issue exist

as Iam seeing it is SPOTO revised EVE fork.
And we do not support a forks mate..
Install original EVE-NG and use.
In how to is second method how to add Palo image in EVE.
You have to download KVM image from Palo. PA-VM-KVM-8.0.1.qcow2

finally i bring download the original OVA file and copy the PA VM and it works without problem , it seems  somethg was wrong with m old eve.
