Can't run L3 IOL and -a fixpermissions - state:Invalid

Hi,
I have an issue with running IOL L3 images in EVE. l2 works fine, but l3 are starting and the immediately dying.
I can run them with no issue directly from EVE CLI, but not in the lab.
Any idea ?

First output looks like your eve CPU has not enabled Intel VT-X Enhanced virtualization!
Second output is showing that you have installed EVE-Pro and no lic persist in your EVE.

Thanks, but unfortunately both are wrong.
VT-X is enabled and I have license installed.
Any other suggestions maybe ?
