EVE-NG community vm crashes when trying to start any node

Post by Hom3r » Wed May 12, 2021 9:36 pm

Hello!

I have a problem when starting any nodes the VM shuts off. I've looked into it and it seemd to be problem with VT-X but after checking both in bios and vmware it should be turned on.
Anyone got any idéas?

This used to work in a previous eve-ng version. Any idéas where I can find older images to try with?

Hardware: NUC7i5BNH , 32GB memory, 2 CPUs x Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7260U CPU @ 2.20GHz
EVE-NG Version v2.0.3-112 - Installed from ovf images.
Bios: BNKBL357.86A.0083.2020.0714.1344
ESXI version: ESXi-7.0.0-15843807-standard (VMware, Inc.)
VT-x/AMD-V is Enabled per below:
[root@localhost:~] esxcfg-info | grep "HV Support"
|----HV Support............................................3
|----World Command Line.................................grep HV Supt

On the virtual machine I've got Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the guest OS enabled.
CPU/MMU Virtualization: Automatic
Enable virtualized CPU performance counters : On - Tried with off aswell but still crashes.

Images tried:
nxosv9k-9.2.4
csr1000vng-universalk9.17.03.01a
nxosv9k-9.2.4
viosl2-adventerprisek9-m.ssa.high_iron_20190423
vios-adventerprisek9-m.spa.159-3.m2

uname -a output:
Linux eve-ng01 4.20.17-eve-ng-ukms+ #2SMP wed Jun 5 08:18:06 CEST 2019 X86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
