Cannot get Windows Client to Turn On in EVE

Hello, i can;t get the windows xp pc or server to power on in EVE. Can someone please help? I have installed the Windows Client exe and it still isn;t working.

You forget to activate H/W acceleration into cpu options of the VM in VMware settings
