EVE machine couldn't connect to the network

EVE machine couldn't connect to the network

Hello,
I have downloaded the OVA file and imported it into ESXI 6.5 and then I configured the network settings with static IP address and default gateway.

But when I try to ping any other IP address in the network including the gateway, it fails except the IP address of the host.

all other virtual machines on the same ESXI server are using the same port group and everything is working fine with them. and even try to install EVE on a stand alone ESXI and I faced the same issue also.

1. check if your management network has promiscue mode accepeted/allowed.
Second, be very careful if did set right GW IP...

As I know never been such issues with ESXi 6.5
