Upgrade from 5.0.1-24 to 6.1.12 Community failed...

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Upgrade from 5.0.1-24 to 6.1.12 Community failed...

Hi team
I tried several times to upgrade from 5.0.1 to 6.1.12 in community distro but nothing happens, not upgrade....
What can I do? uninstall and install the new one?

use backup manager tool and backup your labs,configs, images and then install new Eve v6 vm and upload your backup to it use the backup manager tool.
