Issue with upgrade Sat to 6.0.1

i have a issue with satellite upgrade to 6.0.1

the upgrade script can't be start because 1 upgrade is needed. but the command "apt upgrade" do nothing

the master is finished, but i can't upgrade my 3 satellites with the same issue.

what can i do please ?

the EVE cluster is locate in my entreprise servers. you can't take the control on it
