Can I open console link in BASH on windows 10?

by default bash opening Putty, if you have installed full windows integration package.
Please follow video how to install full EVE win integration pack.
BASH file itself only pointing you to default letnet application

you need to play with the reg file that comes with the win-client pack to launch BASH instead of putty
