Web Server won't start after db restore

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Web Server won't start after db restore

I did a bare metal install of 6.x and then followed the instructions to restore the database from a 4.x box. After rebooting i can no longer get to the web server.
