Check again how to install eve NG, videos will help, as well need setup win client pack....

I run into the same issue, directly afer upgrading.
Can you do a " netstat -taupen | grep "80" " on the CLI of EVE?
At my side there is nothing listening to port 80 or 443...

There is a problem... Since it doesn't listen op port 80 you don't have access via HTTP.
Completely power off your system and then boot again. Check if it does listen to port 80.
If not, do a cat /var/log/syslog | more , read your log
You can also do a "service apache2 restart" and then check again if it listens on port 80.

Just add one more hard disk in VMware machine setting for EVE-NG. Just Increase your EVE-NG hard disk space. it will work like charm.
