I cannot do FTP from my mac osx into vm eve-ng

I can ping from my host to vm, im using Filezilla -> Connection reset by peer

User/pass use the same i use fot get into eve vm

Yes, I did SFTP too with the same result

Do i have to change something in vm configuration?
