Cisco Switch/Router Running Configuration

Hi,
I am new at Eve-Ng and using community version. I am trying ti build LAB with cisco ROuter and Switches.
I was able to do it. But once I start a Switch/Router and logged in via telnet on it I can't see the full configuration
on that Router/Switch. Also can't see the full interface list. Lets Say I am cionfiguring Interface Gig 5/1 with an IP
address and I can't see the configuration after using command " Show Running Config". Am I doing anything wrong?? Please help.
