I can’t install the EVE-NG on the ESXi 5.5.
Can this problem be solved?

you have to edit vmx file and allow extended EPT in it

1. Edit nested machine’s .vmx file:
add line at the end:
o VSphere 5.0 = “vhv.allow = true” (or in /etc/vmware/config)
o VSphere 5.x = “vhv.enable = true”.

I import OVF imige in ESXi server.

After you deployed VM into ESXi, in the esxi HDD VM folder is your vm achine .vmx file, so it need sto be edited.
Get your vmx file/export from esxi
then with suitable text editor edit it
then upload back to esxi location

If you dont see this line in vmx file, you must add it manually..

Thank you very much for your detailed answer.
But I wanted to say that I can not create a virtual machine. Because the image of the virtual machine does not importe in ESXi. At the stage of loading the template, an error is generated and I cannot continue creating the virtual machine.
Accordingly, I can not get the VMX file. I do not have a virtual machine.

It is not EVE my dear but your issues..
You must follow eve ducumentation to have it working with images..
Dont mess GNS3 with EVE

And as you are using old esxi 5.5, you must install EVE FROM ISO !!!!
not ova
EVE OVA is created for esxi 6.0 and up..thats why it doesnt importing in esxi 5.5
Check video how to install eve from iso on esxi. It is your case with old ESXi 5.5
