Hi,
I've been trying to upgrade my GCP hosted EVE-NG-Pro version (on Ubuntu 16.04) to the latest and greatest version but at no luck. Seems that version 2.0.6-8 is not yet part of the standard Ubuntu repositories yet? Could no find the latest version on eve-ng either (only a link to version 2.0.3-x). Any suggestions on how to do the upgrade?
many thanks, Mike

Re: Can't upgrade to version 2.0.6-8
Thanks Uldis,
I followed this instruction to install EVE-NG on GCP: https://www.eve-ng.net/documentation/in ... -computing. The initial version 2.0.3 (community edition) was later upgraded to Pr 2.0.5 successfully. Any suggestions on where to look? Is there a 3rd party repository that should be added?
regards, Mike

Re: Can't upgrade to version 2.0.6-8
Seems a repository was indeed missing. Reinstalled eve-ng onto a new server and found out that my GCP version was missing the eve-ng.list partner repository. /etc/apt/sources.list.d only showed the partner.list and unetlab.list files.Uldis (UD) wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2019 2:45 pmit is and upgrades well

I manually created eve-ng.list with the following content:
# more eve-ng.list
deb [arch=amd64] http://www.eve-ng.net/repo xenial main
After this the upgrade went as it should. Thanks again for the great support on this one Uldris !!! Very helpful
