VNC / keyboard layout issue

Post by Richard70 » Fri Dec 13, 2019 9:31 pm

Hello,

I have issue with keyboard mapping when using VNC to connect to linus distro (I tested 3 different with same problem).
In Eve, I add the -k switch to launch Qemu (by the way, I tested 3 different qemu versions / no success either).
Basically I get a correct keymapping (I'm using fr keyboard), but some very important keys are definitively not correct, like the pipe "|".
I also tested TightVNC, without more success.
Would you be aware of any solution ?

Additionnal question: I found TightVNC much faster than VNC. Any comment on why TightVNC is not included in integration pack instead of VNC ? any ipotential issue ? ...
