Adding vedge to vmanage version 18.4.4?

HI ,
i dont have a cisco smart account.

i have all the controllers upand running.
also managed to install vedge certificate on the vedge.
now, how do i add it to vmanage?
i have used vmanage as my CA

you need serial license file, but that you can obtain only from Cisco Smart licensing
