Unable to install CSRv1000 17.x release

Hello
I am trying to install CSRv1000 17.x release following the process at https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... rest-fuji/ but unable to do so and stuck at this stage which is kind of looping continuously and can't get past this stage. Could you please help. I have upgraded the EVE-NG to the latest community version but still getting the same error.
