console does not work

I am using eve-ng 2.0.3-86 on Fusion 10 on mackbook pro VT -x/EPT is enabled on fusion 10 but i cannot console, when i try to console i am getting this windows from SecureCRT. Could anyone help me out please.

if you have High Sierra, then need open telnet in it

Do you mean to open telnet in SecureCRT instead of ssh the devices i am trying to console has no config in it it is new lab,could you please explain more.

I mean if you have macos highsierra on it telnets are locked by default, excluded from programs, you have to get it back on macos.
