ESXi 5.5 deployment

Hello, I deployed a machine VMWare ESXi 5.5 on the platform is when I launch it it remains blocked on "Initializing timing ...".
The KB is talking about a USB problem but I deleted the usbdevice options.
"-machine pc,accel=kvm -serial none -nographic -nodefconfig -nodefaults -display none -vga std -rtc base=utc -cpu host"
Someone would have a solution?
