Hi, I searched before asking!
Dont know what to type in search as a newbie so excuse me

When I drag an IOL device L2 it give me a default Router shape how can I change this default configs so when I choose L2 IOU/IOL it reflects a Switch icon and a "SW" default name?

Not yet.
As the IOL is using single template for router and switch, by default is set router settings.
You have to change settings for switch manually.
Image, interfaces, icon.
we have in futire plans split these 2 nodes, then switch would have own default settings
