cisco IPS ping failed on latest eve

Really appreciate your works.
I have been updated eve to v2.0.3-53, my problem is: cisco IPS failed to ping out, I run traffic capture on IPS's interface, no packet out when I execute ping command.
I would like to provide remote access for troubleshooting or collect logs (please let me know the path of the log) for the issue.
