I attempted to install Cisco Firepower Management Center 6.2.0 on a bare metal setup. The setup is fine and working without issues. The HW was Intel Xeon 18C / 64GB RAM / 500GB SSD with 6x 1GEb ethernet interfaces. When I boot the FMCv I get the following (See screenshot attached) I have followed the instructions carefully and even attempted to build the bare metal setup 3x times. I have also followed the instructions for fixing the permissions given in the FAQ. Please help. If you cannot see the screen capture, the boot goes directly to iPXE boot up and eventually says "no bootdisk"

Ah ha, found the issue. The naming was indeed incorrect and the directions in the tutorial are incorrect! I have it running no issues now.

Hi,

I see the same behavior in my case. I proceed with this guide http://eve-ng.net/index.php/documentati ... images-set

So, what should be the name of that image? Just hda.qcow (like in above link) or somehow another?

mv Cisco_Firepower_Management_Center_Virtual-6.2.0-362.qcow2 /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/firepower6-FMC-6.2.0-362/hda.qcow

sould be

mv Cisco_Firepower_Management_Center_Virtual-6.2.0-362.qcow2 /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/firepower6-FMC-6.2.0-362/hda.qcow2

PS: Howto is correct now...

I did.

Also, the folder name for FTD is incorrect. Now it indicates for FMC.
