No output from any equipment using Putty

Hello guys,

Hardware : Dell PowerEdge R710 - 8 CPUsx2,393 GHz, Intel Xeon CPU E5620 @ 2.40GHz - 32GB RAM -
EVE-NG Running on - ESXi 6.0
VT-X - Enabled

I deployed the EVE NG OVA file sucessfully, I uploaded some images via SFTP, and then I added those images on a new lab. The question is with output, from putty I dont got anything, when pressing Enter the point just go down, but none appears on the screen.
I succed on get the output from equipments logging to the EVE through HTML5, and then it opens another navigator tab with the console of the equipemnt, but by any way from the putty or secureCRT.

I deployed an EVE NG on the past and from Windows 7 I dont got output from Putty, so I accessed a Windows Server 2012 and could get the output of equipments from Putty.. But now by any kind of clients we tryed we dont succed. Just through HMTL5.

Get install windows package from EVE-Ng site.

Yeah, sorry for not talk about that.. I installed the windows client pack as well, I remove and re-installed, and the result is the same.

In this case, it means that you got a sort of firewall between your client and EVE-NG:

Yes, we really have a firewall on the network, but i think there's no inspection of packets from the same network...

So, we figure out installing EVE-NG again, but now using the .ISO and installing manually. If somebody is facing the same issue as I, try to install from the .ISO image.
