Install EVE-NG-Win-Client-Pack .exe on windows10

Hi folks,
I cannot install the EVE-NG-Win-Client-Pack .exe (https://mega.nz/#!uw5AHIwT!3YiQZKBUvf8W ... rhqTJ-V8z0). After downloading when I try to install I see this error:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file error ..."

I tried to open as administrator but is not working and I checked that the permission to open this exe file.
