Max number of ports Juniper vEX

Its useful for me to be able to support upto to 64 ports on a VM ?
however I seem to hitting a limit of 28 , after which my VM does not boot.

Its there a limit in Eveng ?

the VM itself can support up to 64

ports. Configure the number of ports at the [edit chassis fpc 0 pic 0] hierarchy level.
