Unable to Access Lab from Web UI

Hi,
I’m facing an issue where I can log in to the EVE-NG web interface, but when I try to open or start a lab, the lab won't load.
Has anyone experienced this before?

Did you import a lab from a 3rd party ?

remove that lab and it should work

One thing to try is clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser—occasionally the web interface can get stuck trying to load old session data. If that doesn’t work, try opening the lab in “Edit” mode first and see if the nodes show any errors.
