it can happens if your cpu cannot handle it, sometimes if cpu busy it cannot boot it...
answer, need btter cpu...

You are right. Whenever high cpu or Disk goes to 100% (windows 10) it went to boot > . I think, I am going to buy a laptop with 64GB RAM.

RAM is second important thing, first in the eve is CPU sir !!!
Usually laptop CPUs have only 4 threads, means not suitable for NXOS in any case, with no matter how new CPU you have.
min requirements for some NXOS running will be very good CPU with min 8 threads
