don't run Win7 image form Unl for Eve-eng

I copy all images that I used in UNL1 to Eve-eng, exactly in the same location,
but for now, my windows7 devices ever don't run and don't change its state to start, but other images like Cisco devices Start.
Please tell me what must I do and where am I in wrong?

show the path and location of the file, fix permission and worth wipe the device and start.

show us the logs any errors.

I take 2 snapshots of UNL and EVE directory for windows 7
then I wipe windows 7 nodes(I right-click on the nodes and choose the wipe option. Is it right? )
then I want to ask you, how I can fix the permission as you say?
