Hello
How do I install JAVA so I can install ASDM to administer ASAv?

I attempt to install ASDM while https into directly connected ASAv from a Windows 7 Hone Premium QEMU node and it prompts me to install JAVA.

then Install Java.
Type in google Install java and do it

I wish it were that easy. I don't know how to get the QEMU access to the Internet. How do I do that? The instructions just say "connect your PC to the LAN". I have the device directly connected to the mgmt interface of an ASAv in my eve lab. I don't have Internet access. My PC hosting VMWARE workstation and EVE has access to the Internet but how do I get JAVA into the QEMU to install it?

add on the topology network
right click add network Cloud0
connet your winhost to this cloud
win will get IP from your home network.... EVE mgmnt subnet IP
install on win all what you want
then shut down reconnect to your lab and use
or prepare your own widows image with all defaults...

OK I have created a network, added the Win7PC name/subnet to the Win7PC node in the eve topology and gotten an IP viewed via ipconfig /all on the Win7PC. A browse test to
