IOL / vIOS images

Hello guys,

a few questions:

1) Which of the images (IOL / vIOS) do you use and prefer?
2) I can see that only vIOS is possibly to download officially. Is it worth to use IOL when the images on the internet are old and not available to download for people like us (through a legal way)?

Both are similar in labs.
vIOS requre more resources to run, but true can be obtained legal way from VIRL.
IOL is lighter, but...your own responsibility where and how you get them
