if i purchase this:

• EVE-NG PRO A Base - 1 Year License x 1
  EVE-NG PRO User - 1 Year License x 2

Is it enough for that scenario ?

• 2 active administrator accounts
  2 active users accounts

What is the difference between EVE-NG PRO A Base - 1 Year License and EVE-NG PRO User - 1 Year License please ?

Correct such lic model will allow 4 users (x2 admins, x2 user accounts) to have concurrent sesions to the EVE.

User role is most restricted, they cannot create labs but use only what is prepared by admin.
