Use ISO file in ESXi from EVE-NG host due to very low bandwidth

Hi,
I've installed an ESXi Qemu node and it just works fine. (passes through some switches and routers connected to management cloud which is connected to my LAN). Now I'd like to copy an ISO image to ESXi datastore and then install it on Host but the bandwidth is awful (about 1mbps).
1- Is this limitation of vIOS L2 and L3 used in between? or cloud management bridged node?
2- Is it possible to copy the ISO to a folder in EVE-NG VM (which is fine and works at 100mbps) and then use it as my ISO image in ESXi host somehow?
I'm using community version and the EVE-NG is installed as a VM in an ESXi 6.7 host.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mohammad
