Can`t connect to TFTP

Hello everyone

I`ve made a tftp server on google platform, where my eve is based. Inside - i have Cisco IOS XR connected to the Net. I can ping it easily, but when i try to copy file to tftp or from tftp - everything just freezes on "writing file" or "accessing file" for minutes and closes up with connection timeout. The udp port 69 is allowed. Advice please, what can i check or fix?

and google FW is configured to allow pass tftp?

Well, i have this line, which allows ingress traffic to all instances with ip 0.0.0.0/0 with udp port 69.

I believe ingress and egress need both

I`ve just tried try - didn`t help.

on my non GCP eve I can do TFTP anywhere, over internet as well

I`ve made two rules with all ingress and all egress allowed - and still doesn`t work. Maybe it`s something specific with XR IOS? Or what else can it be?
