I have built eve-ng on vmware workstation installed on my work laptop. I use the local IP to access eve-ng, secure crt and Winzip.

I am working from home and need to connect to corporate network via VPN to when working.

When I am on VPN I cannot access eve-ng, cant access through secure crt.

Is there a way to connect to Eve-ng whilst I am working/connected to corporate network via passwordless VPN ?

I afraid that no, it is yor corporate policies which blocking such ssh or telnet access to local resources..

I can connect to eve via local IP when VPN is not connected.

When VPN is connected I cant connect to Eve.

There should be a way to access eve over wan or some ip changes in vmware any advise please ?

If EVE is installed on same PC, then probably NAT adapter on VM ware could help..
but as I told you it is your corporate VPN policy which after VPN activation forcing own corporate networking rouls on your home pc...I believe that after VPN activation your default gateway is forced to use your corporate GW IP. thats why you cannot reach

I have GNS3 installed in VM and I can access gns3 and secure crt to routers when I am on VPN to corporate network,

Cant access eve-ng and devices from secure crt. so am I missing something in eve-ng ?

it is only corporate VPN stuff

I am trying to see how I can access eve with VPN on. so I can spend more time on eve building labs and practicing

add static route on your windows host to eve subnet, this route will win over default received from VPN

after all my struggle my IT Team has made changes to VPN client on my Laptop and I can access eve.

As I told you, VPN rules...
